Having witnessed during our inspection career, a lot of rental properties deteriorating without proper care we decided to enter this Property Management profession to make the change it requires.

Kathir Sam BE, DBS, MNZIBS, AMBOINZ, CRPM the Director of Right Home NZ Limited is an Engineering graduate with a Diploma in Building Surveying(NZIBS) with 25 plus years of combined experience in Building inspection, Weathertightness investigations, Structural Engineering, Building repairs, Renovation and Property Management. With his passion for quality, he has been serving Aucklanders since 2002 and has proven records of 100% customer satisfaction.
