Property investment does not end on buying a rental property, in fact it just starts there. Property being the biggest asset on probably have, it is crucial that it is in the care of RIGHT hands to maintain its condition and value. Having witnessed during our inspection career, a lot of rental properties deteriorating without proper care we decided to enter this Property Management profession to make the change it requires.
