Rent Payment
At Right Home Rental, we have "Zero-Tolerance" policy on rental arrears. hence it is vital that rent is paid on due date. Failure to do so will result in further consequences leading to eviction.
Insurance
Landlord's insurance will only cover the building and accessories they own and does not cover the tenant's property. So it is important that tenants take out their own contents insurance policy.
Inspections
Inspections will be carried out to the property at start, end and during the tenure of tenancy at about 3 months interval. Tenants will be notified at least 48 hours before inspection. Tenants are expected to keep the property in good state of repair.
Maintenance and Repairs
Tenants have the responsibility to report of any issues as soon as possible. Request for repairs can be made through submitting the online form or calling us on 021 1665166.
